Spring and Summer Rates(May 1st-Oct. 31st) $200.00/night with a 2 night minimum or $1100/wk. (Additional charge for over 8 people) Fall and Winter Rates(Nov. 1st - April 30th) $140/night with a 2 night minimum or $700/wk. (Additional charge for over 8 people) All applicable tax is added to all rental fees.
